Yoga for Every Body

Yoga is more than the shapes that we make on our yoga mat, more than the slow-paced breathing we use to balance ourselves in the moment, it's how we connect to ourselves.

I work hard to make my yoga classes feel friendly and inclusive, my teaching is trauma-informed and for every body.  I have lots of equipment at both locations to help make the physical practices accessible.  Each class is made up of a physical practice, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation.  I theme my classes around the seasons and the moon cycles to help us feel grounded, centred and connected.

If you don’t have Parkinsons but think you might benefit from a class that doesn’t involve getting up and down from the ground you are very welcome to try Monday morning class.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes for individuals, couples, families and small groups are available in my home studio in Sidcup, or at your home in and around the local area – Sidcup, Bexley, Swanley, Chislehurst, etc.

Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
