The style of yoga I teach is alignment-based yoga, an embodied and practical approach to yoga, breathwork and meditation, accessible for all ages and abilities. You don't need to be flexible to start!

Pregnant women are more than welcome in my classes, but if you prefer, I can recommend pregnancy yoga classes in the local area.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We practice barefoot when standing, but I recommend socks and jumpers for when we’re relaxing as the body temperature tends to drop.

Traditionally yoga was practiced on an empty stomach. Though it’s not advisable to eat a full meal before yoga, most people benefit from a healthy snack a couple of hours before to keep their blood sugar stable.
