Though research demonstrates that daily meditation has positive effects on how calm we feel, the quality of our sleep, our ability to cope with life’s challenges and our ability to think clearly, many people struggle to incorporate meditation into their lives.  This collection of meditations aims to support you to find a meditation technique that you enjoy so that you can more easily integrate meditation into your daily life.

Yoga for Building Abdominal Strength

Having recently had abdominal surgery in 2021, I recorded my recovery practice over four videos which focus on rebuilding abdominal and pelvic floor muscles gently and effectively, while also gently strengthening and toning the upper body.  This course also includes a BONUS Live Class Recording and a more advanced Yoga for Abdominal Strength Video tuning into Manipura, the solar plexus chakra, our energetic centre of strength.

Yoga to Improve Lung Capacity

Whether you are an athlete trying to maximise your performance or someone living with a chronic lung condition and everyone in between - that's all of us! - maximising your breathing capacity will have a positive effect on your energy, mood, and the quality of your sleep.  

As an asthmatic I know how scary it is to feel like I can’t breathe fully and my yoga practice is hugely helpful in managing my chronic lung condition and also ensuring my breath is not impacted by unavoidable winter viruses.  This series is perfect for those recovering from respiratory illness and in fact I recorded the classes while recovering from a Covid induced chest infection to heal my lungs and increase my respiratory capacity.
