Clair Yates Yoga Timetable
  • “2014 has been a year that I have started yoga again after a few years of not having or making the time for classes.  Knowing its benefits I feel now 9 months in, I can say that having 1 on 1 sessions with Clair has been and is fantastic. Practicing week on week helps each part of my life and I am reaping benefits in my job, golf, my overall wellbeing, and health. Clair ensures that all our sessions are planned out and adapted to how I am feeling and each one feels unique to me. Clair has given me the confidence to practice on my own and also encourage other friends to feel better by the benefits that yoga can give. I even led simple salutes when on a girls’ holiday earlier in the year! A very organised and professional individual, Clair has been a welcome addition to my life and her experience and enthusiasm bring more than just yoga but a great positive energy which would be missed. Clair could convince anyone to be a yogi. It’s not all about stretching, breathing and meditating; it's about a discipline that can be transferred to every facet of life. Reading this you too could be a yogi, or if you already are, you know what I mean!”

  • “I love our family yoga sessions with Clair. I have a busy and somewhat stressful life. I am a mother to two young children and one has a chronic illness and needs 24hr care.  Yoga is a time for all my family to relax and experience deep calmness.  Clair is fantastic at working around all the cats and dogs and children’s tantrums that can occur during our sessions and tailors the session to suit our particular needs of that day. All of our family gain a lasting sense of calm and peace after the yoga session, especially our disabled son and it makes dealing with life’s stresses much more manageable.  Thank you Clair.”

  • “Following surgery which led to weight gain due to being unable to exercise, I didn’t feel confident enough to go to the gym.  By going to yoga with Clair I began to feel more confident about my body as well as stronger.  Not only did this help my mood it also meant I felt more able to be active in my daily life, take better care of myself and therefore the benefits were even greater.”
