Welcome! I’m an accessible yoga and meditation teacher, therapist and breath coach with 15 years of experience and I’m currently adding psychotherapy to my toolbox. I specialise in pelvic health for women and men and teach tools and techniques for physical, mental and emotional health through practical yoga and meditation classes, courses and therapy sessions.
Both my teaching and therapy are trauma-informed and I have experience working with adults with injuries and acquired impairments, neurodivergent clients and clients with well-being issues like anxiety and depression. Anyone who walks or rolls through my door is welcome.
